Program Supervisor

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc.,  is seeking a full time Triple P Supervisor.  The Triple P Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring program activities, including but not limited to, ensuring that Triple P services are delivered to fidelity by the program therapists. The Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of the team, facilitate Peer Support Meetings and be responsible for the administrative supervision of data entry/case record compliance, etc.   The candidate must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy (or the equivalent) from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or related human service field.  Applicant must be Licensed in Florida as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapist and be accredited in various levels of Triple P.   At least two years experience in program management and supervision required. Bi-lingual preferred. Program Director

Center For Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking to hire a Program Director to provide clinical oversight and supervision to one of our Children’s Services Council funded programs, Prenatal Plus.

Qualifications:  A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in mental health counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related social service field required.  Doctoral degree preferred (Psy.D., Ph.D., or Ed.D.)  Clinical license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist) with at least 5 year post licensure in the State of Florida required.  At least 6 years in social services, including 3 years in management/supervision.  Experience with program development, inter-agency collaboration, personnel management and budget control 

Experience: Must have a strong background in clinical assessment of children and families.  Minimum of 5 years therapeutic experience with at-risk populations. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing reflective clinical supervision. Knowledge and experience in maternal child health, Touchpoints and home visiting fields required.  Infant Mental Health Specialist with certification in infant mental health services preferred. Experience providing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and therapeutic trauma services in general.  Email resume to bhernandez@ctrfam.org

Full Time Therapist

Full Time Teen Triple P Therapist to work in Palm Beach County providing Teen Triple P Services to parents in their home setting and/or community.  Flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with some evenings. Master’s degree in Social Science or related field required. Licensed as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or working towards licensure required.  Great opportunity to work with high performing, supportive team. 

Must have experience doing therapy with adults, working with parents and working with children ages 12 and up. Bi-lingual preferred. Per-Diem Clinical Therapist 

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Per-Diem Clinical Therapist for a position in our Partners for Change/Recovery Program.  The Therapist will have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited college, is registered with the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor, Licensed or CAP preferred, and experience providing therapy to adults experiencing substance abuse issues and co-occurring problems.  Bilingual, Spanish speaking and proficient in both Spanish and English preferred.  The Therapist must be experienced in using or be able to learn, and implement the evidence based practice called the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS).  The Therapist must be computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.

Full-Time Therapist

CFS is seeking to hire a mobile therapist to work with children and families in the CSC Mental Health Program. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual.  This position will involve the therapist to work with young children (0-5) and their families in their homes.  Candidates applying for this position must have a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work or related social service field.  Candidates who are licensed in the State of Florida will also be given preference.  Candidates must be trained in one or more of the following evidenced-based therapy models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and must be able to learn and implement the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), the Healthy Beginnings System (HBDS), and the agency’s electronic health record (ECHO).  Must have excellent time management and client engagement skills, be flexible, computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.

Per-Diem Clinical Therapist

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Per-Diem Clinical Therapist to work in the S.A.F.E. Kids program treating child victims of sexual abuse, their non-offending caretakers, and siblings to the victims.  The Therapist, who reports to the Director of Counseling Services, will treat children who have been sexually abused or who are sexually reactive.  The Therapist will have a graduate degree in a behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an Accredited College or University, be licensed or actively pursuing licensure in the state of Florida, and have at least one (1) year of experience working with and treating sexually abused children.  Bilingual, Spanish speaking and proficient in both Spanish and English preferred.  The Therapist must be experienced in using or be able to learn, and implement the evidence based practice called Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS).  The Therapist must be computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking to hire a per-diem therapist for the General Counseling program.  Preference will also be given to candidates who are bilingual, capable of providing counseling in Spanish.  Although the hours are flexible, the candidate must be able to provide a minimum of 12-15 contact hours a week.  Candidates applying for this position must have a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work or related social service field, and preference will be given to the candidates who are licensed in the State of Florida.  The ideal candidate would be licensed and have three years of post-licensure experience providing mental health treatment to individuals and families.  Candidates possessing a Medicaid and Medicare number will also be given preference.  Must be able to learn and implement the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS)/Better Outcomes Now as well as the agency’s electronic health record (ECHO).  Must have excellent client engagement skills, be flexible, computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.
